Overview
HP Software Support Service provides comprehensive support services for HP software products and select HP-supported third-party products. The HP Software Support Service also provides access to HP technical resources for assistance in resolving problems with software implementation or operations. HP releases software updates and reference manuals as they become available. The service includes updates to certain HP-supported third-party software products as they become available from the original manufacturer. The software support service also includes the license to use software updates for each system, socket, processor, processor core or software license for the end user, where provided in the software license terms of HP or the original manufacturer. HP’s Software Support Service also provides electronic access to related products and corresponding support information to enable each member of IT staff to easily locate this essential publicly available information. For third party products, the service is subject to the availability of information provided by the original manufacturer.
